We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates
Flat rate shipping is $6.99. Orders of $80 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 days of ordering, contact us at sales@chewzzlepettoys.com.

Wrong or damaged items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
